A Concert in aid of the Mayor of Taunton Deane’s nominated charities is being held on Saturday 25th March.
The event called United in Song takes place at St Mary Magdalene Church, and will feature the Taunton Deane Male Voice Choir and the Taunton Military Wives Choir.
The Mayor, Cllr Vivienne Stock-Williams, is hoping it generates plenty of publicity and donations for her charities – the Children’s Hospice South West, Reminiscence Learning and the Somerset National Gardens Scheme.
Cllr Stock-Williams said: “These Choirs are both exceptional and are sure to provide a superb evening of musical entertainment. I am delighted that they have agreed to unite for this event. Please show your support for them and my chosen charities by helping to make the concert a success.”
