Taunton host their Lifeboats Go Racing Meeting on Thursday March 30th when the first of the six races on the card which includes two Class 3 events and carries a very generous prize money total of £46,000, goes to post at 2pm.
First up is the John ‘Freddy’ Kenyon RNLI Crewman Memorial Maiden Hurdle Race over two miles three furlongs, which is followed half an hour later by the Farmers Arms Combe Florey RNLI Handicap Hurdle over the same distance.
Next to post is the Archer Mann Supports The RNLI Novices’ Handicap Steeplechase at 3pm, which has a prize fund of £8k and runs over two miles and two furlongs.

The afternoon concludes with the Charles Stanley Exeter RNLI Conditional Jockey’s Handicap Hurdle Race at 4.30pm which is run over a distance of three miles.
