POLICE are appealing for the public’s help following a burglary in the Fivehead area of Somerset.
Two televisions – a 46 inch Panasonic flat screen and 32 inch JVC flat screen – were taken from a property in the Stowey Road area.
Bottles of alcohol and cash plus two boxes of cans of dog food were also taken from the victim – a vulnerable elderly woman who lives on her own.
The incident happened sometime between 17-24 January.
The same victim was also targeted a second time on 7 February between 8.15-10.20am, when jewellery was taken
We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen anyone in the Stowey Road area on either of the above date periods. They may have been loading items into a car.
