Our one day Somerset cider and music festival BroadCider is back on Saturday 14th July 2018, at Broadway & Horton Cricket Club near Ilminster.
Next year’s event will be headlined by the brilliant Black Water County, one of the South West’s most rapidly rising festival acts. Smashing their way into the UK folk punk scene since 2013, BWC bring an energetic live show of stout quaffing, banjo breaking and tin whistle mangling original music, along with trads and shanties that have been given a good kick up the arse and a slap around the face!
A stellar supporting line-up of the best local talent includes Taunton’s psychedelic surfers Palooka 5, upbeat folk-pop from John D Revelator, awesome pop punkers Ocean Sunset View, village gunslingers The Bazookaz, country & western twanging The Bad Cowboys, Taunton indie-rockers Last One Home and locally loved solo acts Sam Cockram – Musician and Jack Humphries. Not to mention of course the array of local ciders at the Fuelled By Cider bar, and all day food from the cricket club catering team!
