ROLE AT TONE FM: Presenter of The Hazer Country Show
STUFF YOU LIKE DOING: Listening to music (especially rock, blues & country), recording the Country Show for Tone FM, looking after and riding my ex-racehorse (Oscar), finding new footpaths and exploring with my rescue dog (Cody), keeping my family tree up to date, looking after the garden (it takes 3 hours to cut the grass), seeing my daughters and grandchildren whenever possible.
MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT: In the days before Sat Nav I had to drive a 40 tonne artic truck with a load to go Stratford upon Avon with a delivery. The address was a bit “sketchy” but when I got on the outskirts I stopped at a filling station to ask for directions. Unfortunately the directions I was given weren’t correct and I ended up in a very exclusive cul-de-sac where the householders either owned a Bentley, Porsche or Range Rover. I then had to manoeuvre and reverse the truck at the same time as the unhappy residents all lined the pavements glaring at me!
