Due to expansion, our client in the construction industry is currently seeking a Document Administrator to join them on full-time, permanent basis based in Bridgwater.
You will be working closely with the Technical Authors in providing support to their documentation requirements, keeping them updated with progress throughout.
You will be responsible for sourcing documentation from a wide range of parties involved with construction projects, therefore you must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbally), as well as display confidence in speaking to a variety of people in the sales and construction business.
It is of vital importance to provide a high level of customer service in a friendly and helpful manner, as you will be the first point of contact for project liaison and communication.
You will, however, have the support from other staff members for any complex issues / queries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with an excellent attention to detail, and good organisational skills.
You must be familiar with general IT systems and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently, familiarity with Mac computers is preferred but not required.
This role is offered as either a full or part time placement – they would also consider somebody looking for 25 hours+ per week.
- Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break. In return you will receive £17,000 – £19,000, dependent on experience.
- Flexible to a degree, with the same salary pro rata.
