Katie got word she had made the finals of these awards with news coming through on 19th May that she had won Best Yoga Studio 2018 in Somerset & Bath beating a number of entrants from across the county.  The award was collected by Katie on 24th May at a ceremony held in Bath at The Dispensary.

Katie comments – “I want my classes and events to be accessible and enjoyed by everyone. I love to make all students feel welcome and help them focus on their personal yoga journey through my classes & events.  I try to keep my offering diverse by holding events focusing on certain parts of yoga which are held in some beautiful venues such as yurt tents, holding relaxation events or focusing on kids yoga which is an important project to me especially being a mum to two girls.”

“My passion for yoga, and desire to see my students progress and develop through my teaching of yoga, is what I believe this award recognises and I’m so grateful for my students putting me forward and voting for me; they are great people and I’m lucky to have them in my classes.”
