POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a lorry collided with a house near Bridgwater.
The incident took place on the A39 at Bawdrip at 3.15pm on Wednesday (29/3).
A large goods lorry collided with a telephone pole and a street light before crashing into a house.
The collision caused significant damage to the building. The owner, who was home at the time of the collision, was unhurt.
The driver of the lorry suffered minor injuries and was taken to Musgrove Park Hospital. He was discharged the following day.
