If you love attending the music performances at Vivary Park in Taunton then this will put a smile on your face.
LCC Live, the concert promoter that has brought some of the biggest names in music to Vivary Park in recent years, has today (Tuesday 3 September 2019) announced the sale of weekend tickets for its ‘Live in Somerset’ 2020 shows, which will take place from Friday 10 to Sunday 12 July.
This is new for 2020 and weekend tickets, which will give access to each of the three ‘Live in Somerset’ evening shows, are limited in number and go on sale this Friday (6 September), ahead of the announcement of artists. Weekend tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, priced at £99, offering a considerable saving to event goers.
‘Live in Somerset’ held in Taunton’s Vivary Park has attracted some legendary artists over the years, including Sir Tom Jones, Will Young, Bananarama, Jason Donovan, Madness, Scouting for Girls, Jools Holland, Kaiser Chiefs, Paloma Faith and Status Quo.
Carlie Davidson of LCC Live, said: “The release of weekend tickets is in response to requests from ‘Live in Somerset’ fans. So, we’ve listened to their feedback, and are delighted to offer a weekend ticket, which gives access to each of the three evening shows. These tickets are limited and so available on a first come, first served basis, and we hope that given the enquiries we’ve had in the past, that the tickets will fly off the shelf.”
Carlie added: “The announcement of artists for ‘Live in Somerset’ will be made in the coming months – we’re excited about the line-up, but can’t say any more at the moment, so watch this space!”
Weekend tickets give general admission (standing only) access for each of the three ‘Live in Somerset’ shows (Friday 10, Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 July 2020). They go on sale on Friday 6 September at 10am from Ticketline (www.ticketline.co.uk; 0844 888 9991), and are limited. Weekend tickets will be taken off sale before the first artist announcement for ‘Live in Somerset’ is made.
