Victoria Gate car park to close for repairs

VICTORIA Gate car park in Taunton will be closed for a short period next week to allow essential work to be done.

Taunton Deane Borough Council will be closing the space from January 22 for five days to allow essential resurfacing work to take place to improve the condition of this car park.

Pedestrian access to the nearby GP surgery and NHS health unit will remain open.

On-street pay and display parking is available within Victoria Gate road.

The work is pre-planned and part of the on-going programme to maintain and improve car parks in the Borough. Local residents have been informed and the council would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
