The emergency services were called out just after 3am this morning (Aug 22nd) to the roundabout in Blackbrook Way
Two fire crews from Taunton were mobilised to assist Ambulance crews at a road traffic collision at the above location.
A spokesperson commented; “Upon arrival, the crews found one vehicle on its side with two persons still within the vehicle. They quickly set about releasing the trapped motorists using small tools and left them in the hands of the paramedics.”
Local residents said they were relieved when they saw the people safely out the vehicle and that the loud bang was awful & scary to hear.
