Taunton Town to 1st round of FA cup

Taunton Town Football Club have equalled their best ever position after a nail biting 1-0 win over Hemel Hempstead. (The Tudors)

The match was the FA Cup 4th Round Qualifying replay which was held last night at Vauxhall Road Stadium in Hemel Hempstead.

A penalty in the 16th minute by striker Jordan Rogers confirmed The Peacocks win after some excellent play and close calls by both sides.

The club will now face Barrow AFC in the 1st round. It is expected to big a big crowd puller as they look to secure the clubs future for the next 5 years if they win.
