Taunton based charity Stand Against Violence (SAV) held their annual quiz night with host, Paul Sinha, from The Chase on Saturday 24th November.
Paul said that this year was one of the best that he’s had. The atmosphere was great, and the audience were full of energy from start to finish, even on the trickier questions.
This year the sell-out event was held at Taunton Vale Sports Club who donated the venue free of charge. £1,400 was raised through ticket sales and raffle! Funds raised from this year’s annual quiz will help to keep approximately 466 young people safe from violence.
SAV would like to say a huge thank you to Paul for hosting the quiz, Taunton Vale Sports Club for donating their space and fantastic staff for the evening, everybody that donated a raffle prize (listed below), and all the guests for coming and making this year’s annual quiz another great success. We look forward to seeing you all next year, get revising!
