Somerset Skills & Learning (SS&L) will be celebrating the official opening of their head office in Taunton on Friday 29th March.
Stephen Henagulph, CEO of Somerset Chamber of Commerce, will be attending to cut the ribbon and cake!
Susie Simon-Norris, Chief Executive of SS&L says, “We are excited to be able to offer a modern, purpose built training centre with the latest technology to our learners. SS&L delivers a wide range of education services to young people and adults across Somerset and we are committed to changing people’s lives for the better through learning. Our new centre will help towards this goal.”
“The Taunton Centre, Courtenay House, situated at the Blackbook Business Park, is accessible, just off J25 of the M5, and boasts plenty of parking. There are six training rooms, which reflects the growing demand for our training services from both employers and individuals.”
SS&L are also in a position to hire their rooms out to other organisations to use. One of the benefits of SS&L’s multi-centre organisation is the ability to offer their services across Somerset, in a smaller, more personal environment than a traditional college setting. SS&L would like to thank all those who supported the move and particularly their learners for being so patient throughout the transitional period.
