EU REFERENDUM DEBATE WITH BARON ASHDOWN AND JACOB REES-MOGG MP
Wednesday, 15th June, 7.30pm – 9.30 pm, Main Hall, Richard Huish College
Huish will host an EU referendum debate featuring notable guest speakers Baron Ashdown of Norton-sub-Hamdon (Paddy Ashdown) and Jacob Rees-Mogg – Conservative MP for North East Somerset. Following a brief talk by both guests, there will then be the opportunity for audience members to engage in a question and answer session.

BUSINESS DEGREES AND ACCOUNTANCY QUALIFICATIONS OPEN EVENT
Thursday, 16th June, 4.30pm to 7.30pm, Richard Huish College
Professionals who are looking to advance their academic or qualifications and skills may be interested in the Huish drop-in open event on Thursday 16th June from 4.30pm to 7.30pm. The event is hosted by our business degree and professional accountancy course managers who will be on hand for any questions. Admission free – no pre-registration required, just turn up.
LIVE & LOUD – HUISH POP MUSIC FESTIVAL
From 6.30pm on 29th/30th June 2016 and 1st July 2016 Main hall, Richard Huish College
Taking place over 3 nights (29th, 30th June and 1st July) in the main hall at Richard Huish College, the super-talented Huish musicians will perform a range of music including styles such as rock, pop, indie and many more.
Tickets per day: £4 in advance from the college box office – shop.huish.ac.uk, from the band members directly, or £5 on the door.
Doors open 6.30pm, first band at 7.00pm. Finish approx. 11.00pm.
SUMMER EXTRAVAGANZA 2016 – END OF YEAR MUSIC CONCERT
6:30pm on 7th July 2016 at Richard Huish College
A celebration of music featuring a range of ensembles performing light, summery music. Weather permitting, the concert will be held outside the Willow Building on the college campus. Drinks, hot dogs and strawberries and cream will be available to purchase.
