The Head Teacher of Queen’s College, Dr Lorraine Earps, has expressed her delight at today’s A Level results.
“We are particularly pleased with the number of grades awarded at the highest level and with the number of students, who have achieved places at their first-choice university.
“Among them are all of our medical students as well as our Oxbridge candidates.”
Dr Earps added: “Our aspiration to focus on the individual and their achievements has once again proved successful.
“The emphasis we place on developing independent learning and thinking has also enabled us to achieve outstanding results in the EPQ (Extended Project Qualification).
“Overall, today’s results are testimony to the hard work of the students during their time at Queen’s and also the dedication and individual support they receive from our teaching staff.”
