The incident took place at approximately 6pm on Blackbrook Way about 50 yards from the roundabout with Ilminster Road. Did you see him or witness anything?

He is described as a white man, in his late twenties to early thirties, of medium height and slim build with short, dark hair. He was wearing grey cargo style trousers with pockets down the legs and a dark t-shirt.
