Musgrove Park Hospital are preparing to bid for £79.5m of tax payers cash to improve much needed facilities.
It’s hoped that they will have a new surgical centre to replace the old war parts of the hospital.
Taunton MP Rebecca Pow has been granted an End of Day Adjournment Debate for today, Thursday 18th January.
This follows the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s announcement at the Autumn Budget 2017 of £3.6b investment in healthcare buildings.
Rebecca will be launching a constituency campaign to help demonstrate public support for the project.
The debate is estimated to commence at approximately 5pm.
