56-year-old man has charged with assault and driving without due care and attention following an incident on the M5.
The charges relate to an assault which happened within a blue Renault Clio travelling northbound between junctions 26 and 23, around 3pm to 3.30pm on Saturday 21 January.
Adrian Scott, of Cleveland Road, Torquay, has been released on bail to appear before Taunton Magistrates’ Court on 24 February.
