Appeal after attempted Post Office burglary

Avon & Somerset Police are asking the public for help with enquiries into an offence of Attempt Burglary in Taunton.

The incident occurred at approximately 00:15hrs on Monday 30 April 2018 at Staplegrove Post Office, Manor Drive, Taunton. A male arrived on a moped, smashed CCTV cameras and made an attempt to gain entry through the bottom glass pane of the front door.

The CCTV image shows a male they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries. The male has a very distinctive helmet which you may recognise.
