Avon & Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a road traffic collision in Taunton.
The incident happened at the junction of Wordsworth Drive and Hamilton Road at approximately 4.05pm yesterday, Tuesday, 13 August.
A Ford KA turning right from Wordsworth Drive onto Hamilton Road collided with a Honda motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, aged in his 40s, sustained a serious leg injury and was airlifted to Southmead Hospital where he continues to receive treatment. The car driver was unhurt.
