Powerhoop Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 6:15 pm on Thursday, happening 6 times
A 45 minute full body workout using a weighted fitness hoop.
Involves hooping and toning exercises mixed in with cardio to work your entire body.
This class is like no other and you will trim your waist and strengthen your core whilst having lots of fun.
Its serious fun & serious fitness.
You will learn how to hoop with a Powerhoop and the technique is very different so even if you think you cannot hula hoop you will definitely be able to Powerhoop. All hoops are provided.
Special introductory offer 6 weeks for the price of 5 at £37.50 for the first block for all newbies.
