Accessible Santa Experience
15 December 2018 - 17 December 2018
We know that some children find the usual grotto experience challenging and parents find the high prices of some grottos inaffordable at this time of year, so we invite you to our relaxed Accessible Santa Experience at Compass Wellbeing.
A full 2 hours of festive fun. Santa will be in his Winter Wonderland throughout, so that your children can either gaze at him from afar or go up and sit with him and share all of their Christmas secrets and questions. Santa does not give out presents, as we know that this confuses some children, but he will have lots of sweet treats to give away to all.
In the room will also be lots of craft activities and games to entertain the family. Including mini pine cone Christmas Tree crafting, Salt Dough decoration and calendar making. Our giant snowman snowball toss and our Christmas Stocking guessing game. As if that wasn’t enough our wonderful Sensory Room, with bubble tubes, fibre optics, projections and soft play will be open for all to enjoy.
We have some specific Autism Friendly sessions with no noisy ho ho ho hoing or music, no flashing lights and limited numbers to make the experience as accessible as possible for all.
And hey the Wellbeing cafe will be open throughout serving a range of lights meals and snacks and festive treats…….we are told that our Hot Chocolate is the best in town!
Just £4 per child, various times and dates. booking now at http://www.compasswellbeing.org.uk/index.php?page=book-on-line-here
