ROLE AT TONE FM: Presenter of The Sunday Alternative

STUFF YOU LIKE DOING: I enjoy nearly all aspects of creativity from writing to drawing to even playing the drum kit. I’m a huge fan of the cinema and television, being a big Sci-Fi nerd, and live and breathe Doctor Who. When I’m active I enjoy walking, cycling, swimming and kayaking, especially water polo. Music is a big release for me and I have, as others at Tone FM have put it, a “weird music taste”. My taste is elective and really old fashioned in some cases which helps as a presenter. I’m an avid consumer of anything to do with Engineering and Physics, I devour it, it gets my brain going and I just love all that sort of thing.

MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT: My most embarrassing moment is a well told story when, in Year 8, my dance teacher (Dance was compulsory at my secondary school until Year 10) complained I wasn’t putting in any effort. To prove her wrong I decided to jump about the place until the fateful moment came when I “dolphin-dived”, missed my landing and broke my wrist. It still comes up in conversation today and I cringe every time.
